Welcome to Clatskanie People's Utility District, a non-profit, consumer-owned utility serving over 1 billion kWh  annually of clean renewable electricity to customers in Northwest Oregon. We provide dependable utility services governed by and for the benefit of our customers in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

   

Arrowrock Hydroelectric Project 
 

President Bush signed Public Law 109-684 on December 13, 2006 that instructs FERC to extend the license of the Arrowrock Hydroelectric Project for three years to allow construction of the project.  This law and extension are the result of bipartisan support by the Northwest congressional delegation including Senator Gordon Smith, Senator Ron Wyden and Congressman David Wu..
