Payment Due DateOur customers receive bills once each month. We bill in cycles, as the meters are read, so each area is billed at a different time of the month. Your payment is due 15 days after the billing date. We also offer the option of setting a preferred due date. You would receive your bills the same time, but the due date can be changed for your convenience. If you would like more information on this, please give the office a call.
