Share the Warmth – Bill Assistance
“Share the Warmth” is Clatskanie People’s Utility District ‘s (PUD) energy assistance program that provides income qualified customers with emergency bill assistance. This program is funded through CPUD scrap metal sales, employee contributions, and customer donations. Funds are administered through Turning Point Community Center and HOPE of Rainier.
