“Share the Warmth” is Clatskanie PUD’s energy assistance program that is funded through the proceeds from CPUD scrap metal sales, employee contributions, and customer donations. The funding is administered by Turning Point and Hope of Rainier.

The LIHEAP Program
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program offered in winter heating months, typically November through May, to assist with home heating costs. Households do not need to be in a shut off/disconnect situation to apply.
