Budget Payment Plan

To qualify for the Budget Payment Plan customers must have their account at a zero current balance, and have been a customer of Clatskanie PUD for at least 12 months at the same address.
Enrollment for the Budget Payment Plan is available during the months of March and April of each year.
The monthly budget payment amount shall be based on the customer’s past electricity consumption to determine an appropriate monthly average. An annual account analysis with a true-up will be performed in April for customers participating in the plan. Depending on actual usage, you may have a credit or a bill for the usage above what was estimated to be your budget amount.
The Budget Payment Plan is automatically terminated if customer fails to maintain a current budget payment status. Budget Payments must be made on-time or you will be removed from the budget payment plan.
Re-establishment of a budget payment plan may be made after the account is in a current status and all charges have been paid by the customer.
