If you are interested in Outdoor Area Lighting, the PUD will install and maintain the first Area Light for a monthly fee. The PUD will meet with you on your property and discuss the options available to you. If you decide to have the PUD install a light we require you to sign a contract stating that you agree to pay the rental fee for a minimum of five years. After the five-year period we will continue to bill you until the area light has been removed. Any additional area lights will fall under our Commercial Lighting Program in which the PUD will provide the installation labor and materials at the customer’s expense.
